State when the finished packets must arrive
For a corporate event, seasonal gift or opening, provide the destination and required arrival date. Arrival and dispatch are different milestones; make clear which one a quoted date refers to.
Confirm each stage separately
- Information and specification: provide the logo, quantity and intended use, then discuss paper and finishes.
- Design approval: check wording, dimensions, placement and finishing areas, and confirm the artwork version.
- Sampling: if you need paper references or physical samples, confirm their scope, cost and timing separately.
- Production: establish the conditions for starting work and the expected completion date.
- Delivery: confirm packing, transport, address and expected arrival.
The website does not publish a fixed production time applicable to every order. Timing must be confirmed against quantity, finishes, readiness of the files and transport arrangements.
Changes that require a schedule review
If the design, paper, size, quantity or finishes change, ask whether production and delivery dates also need to change. A date agreed for an earlier specification should not automatically be treated as a commitment for the revised one.
Where several people review artwork, identify the final approver and feedback process early to avoid circulating conflicting versions.
Details to discuss with the quotation
State the latest acceptable arrival date, whether split deliveries are possible and whether the event allows changes in quantity or finishes. Rush production availability and its conditions must be checked for the actual order.
Prepare the artwork information and quotation checklist first so the schedule can be discussed against a clear specification.
